Ingredients:
1/2 kilo beef tenderloin, cut into strips
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons rice wine
5 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
6 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Procedure:
* In a bowl, combine all ingredients except cooking oil.
* Heat heavy skillet, add cooking oil just to prevent the meat from sticking. Stir-fry beef in high heat in 2-3 batches until browned.
* Serve with sesame seeds on top together with mung bean sprout salad.

Bean Paste Flavored Beef with Noodles in Broth
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cubed beef
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon bean paste
1/2 teaspoon hot bean paste
2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons rice wine
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 piece star anise, floweret
225 grams dry noodles ,boiled
For every serving , add:
1/4 teaspoon chopped spring onions
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup beef stock
2 tablespoons cabbage , blanched
Procedure:
* Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a preheated wok. Add spring onions and ginger;
* Add soy sauce, bean paste and hot bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.
* Pour in water, followed by rice wine,sugar and star anise.
* Add beef and bring to a boil.
* Simmer over low heat about 30 minutes until the meat is cooked soft.
* Combine beef and noodles in each serving bowl and serve hot.
Makes 4 servings

Barbecued Baby Back Ribs

Barbecue sauce:

1 cup chopped onions
1 cup tomato catsup
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon barbecue seasoning
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons calamansi juice
1 teaspoon Pepper powder
PROCEDURE:
Pre heat oven to 325 degrees F. Arrange ribs on the rack of a shallow roasting pan.Set aside.
Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add chopped onions and saute'until transparent.
Add catsup, water, brown sugar, and barbecue seasoning.
Let boil while stirring to avoid burning.
Add soy sauce and calamansi juice.
Pour over ribs and bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
Brush with excess barbecue sauce.
Makes 10-12 servings

2 pieces ripe tomatoes, whole, peeled ,
1/4 cup diced celery
1/3 cup diced carrot
3/4 cup diced potato
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon AJINOMOTO GINISA FLAVOR MIX
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon "AJI-NO-MOTO"Super Seasoning
PROCEDURE:

* Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA FLAVOR MIX and mix. Add ice water.
* Mash and form into a ball. Set aside.
